Being told “Oh go on, one won’t hurt you!”.
Conversely, the food police.
Oh dear! @Estragon I feel your pain! I too fell over for no real reason other than that’s the lottery of diabetic life for me.
Libre 6.0
Digit perforator 6.3.

Ah well. At least I didn’t go too far from the hive.

Horrible headache and sleepless night.
Paracetamol usually work wonders, but this time pain clung on and ruined any chance of decent sleep.
BG reading this morning of 6.9 mmol.
Up on yesterday's fasted 5.7 mmol, but considering the night I had, I suppose its not so bad.....
Sending Hugs not bugs ........
A few folk are lame in the stable with varied issues, so hope for speedy recoveries for all.

Too right @mojo37. Dear me, porridge, wheat biscuits, shredded wheat or muesli would send my blood glucose through the roof at any time of day, let alone at breakfast when my pesky insulin resistance is at its perishing worst!
I know its crazy and yet this is advise given from a diabetic site ..the one that my DN recommend to me good job that I always go my own ..even though my way is a bit off the wagon at the moment :bag:

I’m interested in what you had for breakfast. I just have coffee with cream as I don’t start feeling hungry until around noon

My normal breakfast is 30g porridge oats( 17g carbs), 30g blueberries (3g carbs), 150ml milk( 5g carbs) and throw in 30g walnuts. Obviously being type 1 I match carbs/insulin ratio and when you get it right is as the graph.

I miss porridge so much……and pasta! The rest you can keep. I was never a great fruit or vegetable eater :p
