I know its crazy and yet this is advise given from a diabetic site ..the one that my DN recommend to me good job that I always go my own ..even though my way is a bit off the wagon at the momentToo right @mojo37. Dear me, porridge, wheat biscuits, shredded wheat or muesli would send my blood glucose through the roof at any time of day, let alone at breakfast when my pesky insulin resistance is at its perishing worst!
That's the sort of creeping I would likecrept in with FBG of 5.9 this morning
Me too lolHad to look this up, learn something new every day.
Well wishes on the tidy up and move
Spell it with an L and it will be far more relaxing lol5.6 at 7:30 In the 5s two days on the run! Let’s hope I haven’t spoken too soon!
Have a spiffing Saturday everyone….I've been reading too many PG Wodehouse books!
I’m interested in what you had for breakfast. I just have coffee with cream as I don’t start feeling hungry until around noonMorning all back in the mid hives again. Woke up to a 5.5breakfast took it to 7.3 now on the way down again. Using a new carb/ ratio

I miss porridge so much……and pasta! The rest you can keep. I was never a great fruit or vegetable eaterMy normal breakfast is 30g porridge oats( 17g carbs), 30g blueberries (3g carbs), 150ml milk( 5g carbs) and throw in 30g walnuts. Obviously being type 1 I match carbs/insulin ratio and when you get it right is as the graph.
