What was your fasting blood glucose? (with some chat)

6.1 this morning. I thought not eating anything after 7oclock for the past 3 days would have improved my numbers but it doesn't look to be the case. Oh well, lets see what tomorrow brings. Keep well folks.:)
For me I don't think it works, I have tried it off and on over the years and still the same, it just climbs that flaming mountain every time:banghead:

6.1 is not too shabby, only just outside of the five hive.

I know we always strive for better, but I'm a firm believer in the truth of Goodhart's law - when a measure becomes a target, it ceases to be a good measure.

5.7 blood test, 5.8 dexcom….maybe it’s finally warmed up!
Pineapple Express is coming (warm weather from the South Pacific) and we‘ll be at plus ten degrees this weekend! Unheard of. It’s really not a good thing we need our snow pack for summer water and to keep the forest fires at bay.
off to the dentist soon. Had a lovely yoga class this morning.

Good morning on this dark, wheelie-bin-chasing blustery day.
Mixed reviews today:
Libre 5.8
GlucoNavii 4.7
CodeFree (same blood drop) 5.9
Only day 1 but my concern about the GN recording low is evidenced here. I shall continue testing this way until my CF strips run out.

Stay safe and warm everyone, unless you are in the southern hemisphere, in which case stay cool

5.7mmols at 7:20 this very windy Friday. I’m sure being in the 5s has something to do with not eating after 7pm

Very windy here, nearly knocked me off my feet when I went to let the chickens out. I can’t wait until they start laying eggs!
Have a fab Friday everyone x
