Righto @Ladynijo. I'll write the order and you send it in!I want sunshine please️
How interesting! @aylalake.After reading a thread by someone else, it dawned on me that since I have been double testing, I have not been putting my meter kits under my pillow. Too lumpy with 2
So last night I tucked the GN into bed with me to see if it would make a difference to these high unexpected readings.
This morning’s readings, after putting the GlucoNavii kit under my pillow and leaving the CodeFree on my bedside table (room temp 12 deg) were:
GlucoNavii 4.3
CodeFree 6.8
2nd reading immediately thereafter, different finger, same blood drop.
GlucoNavii 4.0
CodeFree 6.4
I shall repeat the exercise tomorrow.
This is the thread that gave me the AHA moment.
Glucometer
Hi all. Where I live is cool in the morning. I refer to my bedroom. When I check sugars in bed in the morning, they could be around 8.00mmol. but when I place glucometer under the bedclothes, I can get a reading of 2.00mmol less. So my question is. Which reading is the real reading? Cheers...www.diabetes.co.uk
Its Princess Mononoke from a Japanese anime film. Wolf girl - she's very fierce looking, which is how I feel sometimes! I like the music to the Studio Ghibli films, sometimes sweeping and grand, sometimes poignant. There is a quote where Prince Ashitaka is told his fate, something along the lines of - 'You cannot escape your fate, my Prince, but you can rise to meet it, if you choose'.Like your new avatar .
Yup, looks like Dawn P (aided and abetted by Foot on the Floor) is doing her stuff!View attachment 66003
