Absolutely @ChrisT2. It's the diet that screws us up. In the absence of illness or injury, the food we swallow is the chief factor that influences BG levels in type 2 diabetes.Just goes to show it is the diet that screws me up.
No @ChrisT2, a FBG of 6.5 is none too shabby, but there's no need to stop there. You're making steady progress, but you can improve.6.5 this morning after fasting all day yesterday. Nothing but water and Metformin Eeeuggh!!This is probably my lowest limit, would liked to have seen maybe a 5 for my efforts but hey-ho not to be.
