What was your fasting blood glucose? (with some chat)

5.6 today. We had am amazing thunder storm this morning, the boom was SO LOUD! Then we got some much needed rain, glorious. Right now the sun has returned and it’s summer outside…..crazy fun weather.
 
Morning All so am reporting 6.8 today mainly due to tummy flip due to extreme hot weather. On the plus side I stayed very hydrated and my feet & ankles didn’t blow up. Hope you are all managing in this mad weather, no fun if you are unwell. Stay safe everyone.

Yes, indeed @PenguinMum. Some of us revel in the blue skies and sunshine, but if you're feeling one degree under, a heat wave tends to aggravate symptoms and makes pain and swelling feel worse.
