What was your fasting blood glucose? (with some chat)

6.8 this morning, then made the fatal mistake of a cappuccino decaf from costa. Yes costa a lot towards my sugar rise 2hrs later 10. flipping 5 and rising! Has taken 4 hours to go down. A mistake I will not be making in a hurry again, most annoyed
 
6.0 today. It’s another lovely fall day, maybe 20 later today with the sun shining. This will end soon, there a storm brewing!
happy thanksgiving to all the Canadians out there. Enjoy your Turkey or whatever…..we are having steak!

@RosemaryJackson thanks for your well wishes. Well, yesterday 10.3 and now today 8.2 - yay!
I'm so low in stamina. I Don't seem to be able to clamber onto an improvement plateau. I walk 10 paces outside and I need to recover.
 
Im a new member but not newly diagnosed T2 3 years, just trying to improve. I recently 4 days ago got a Libre2 as i rarely test. 4 Days 9.1, 7.5, 10.1, 8.8

I have never had a low reading in the morning - and never below 5 in three years. You guys are amazing so i think its time to try a bit harder and accept that i need to manage better.
