Thankfully still in the 6's at 6.4. Staying with unforgiving parent (in more ways than one) who has no wish or understanding of low carb or any other "ridiculous modern fad diet they come up these days." Their words not mine I hasten to add. :banghead:
Unfortunately keeping carbs down is not an option these few days so having to try my best and cut down portion size by sneaking many titbits of carby food to the poor dog who at least seems to be the only one happy with my visit. Look on the bright side at least my CGM and BS are getting a real good workout. Aaargh!!!!

6.3 thankfully this morning. The dog and myself will be sharing marmalade on toast in a moment, practically force fed to me but eagerly accepted by the dog. My CGM is bracing itself for a rise to about 12 mmols peak at lunchtime again. :eek:I go home tomorrow and have never been so glad to get back to being in moderate control of what I eat.

I've just had toast and marmalade ( after a cooked breakfast ) no excuse because no one "forced fed me " . Some days you just want to forget about diabetes and EAT. No doubt my little libre will be in the red soon :bag:
