A 5.7 this morning on Libre, checked again on finger and 6.6 so must be true. Also was in the red zone most of the night. One of those unexplained results but just for once a nice low instead of a gruesome high. Probably a flash in the pan and unfortunately I have no idea why or how to replicate. Happy November all.

Morning All 7.5 which is due to Marmite peanuts last night. The only way is strict portion control or they don’t go in the trolley and it will have to be the latter sadly! So back in carb rehab… have a good weekend everyone.

Maybe u have an underlying infection and that is raising your numbers ....that's the trouble with this dam diabetes there are so many factors that can cause higher readings .8.1 for me. Something is going on because I was very low on carbs for the last few days. Have a lovely weekend all.
