Had breakfast & been to the gym, had to eat 1/2 Rice Krispies bar to get blood sugar over 5 to drive to work now sat drinking tea & eating shortbread biscuits with meter saying 3.3
Fed up doesn’t come close

5.7 this morning. Unfortunately red wine was involved. I'll now have the munchies and high bloods over the next couple or three days as a consequence. Will I ever learn. 
5.8 and another working week almost over. Good luck to all whatever you are up to.

Morning All so 8.2 today..why? Not a clue. Didn’t eat a lot yesterday…so unless my low mood contributed? Anyway onwards. Thanks for all the hugs yesterday they really did help. Happy Friday everyone.

I do sometimes wonder about the upgrades. ….. but there it was and I pressed instal ..
6.1 this morning, on a very low carb diet and moungaro 28 long acting insulin and 32 fast acting 3 x a day
I just tested my fasting blood glucose, and it’s 8.5mmol.
