7,6 yesterday and 6.9 this morning .
That is exactly the same for me as once BS starts to rise after the overnight dip it just goes onwards and upwards till midday. The best I have found is getting the lowest reading or dip as late as possible by having a good nights restful sleep. However that is often beyond our control with ailments, bad dreams, worries and all the things that keep us awake in the early hours as it seems to be those things that start the rise. Not sure how that can be fixed other than sleeping pills or anesthetic which is not an option obviously. This seems to be yet another one of our bodies way to baffle and annoy us on our journey through life when trying to maintain some degree of control.Morning all. Thanks @PenguinMum. at 4.30am...6.6!!! at 7.30....6.9! at 8.20...7.4! New strips. I just don't understand it but am delighted! Have a great day folks.![]()
