What was your fasting blood glucose? (with some chat)

5.9 again today. Happy with that. My cashew addiction has been tamed and I am now two days clean…
almost fully carnivore again and I feel great. I am certainly seeing excellent blood glucose numbers.
sun is shin ing and it’s ten degrees, time for a nice walk. Did a walk and weights this morning, shoulders, chest and biceps.

No knees and toes then :)
 
3.8 if i go by the yesterdays attached libre sensor 2 plus, finger prick test 6.5
prior couple of sensors were usually out by upto 0.5 either side of finger prick, nurse that attached it so that unlikely location issue which abbots said could be (still back of upper arm) around 1inch from where the last one was.

cgm been totally inaccurate this time around :/

pharmacy mentioned they've had a few complaints over the last couple of weeks with the sensors.

brightside, called abbots directly after, they are sending a replacement out should arrive 48-72 hours :) they've said looks like either faulty sensor or location issue not enough fatty tissue where attached.
