Six point one on waking
hugs for the disapointment. food boredom binge snacking in the evening what are you eating? perhaps something like a few nuts could keep mouth occupied which are generally relatively low on carbs might be better choice for snacking or hopefully you'll find something to lesson the boredom perhaps find a genre of book enjoy or if starting to feel geting bored go for a short walk or do house chores in the evening (if currently do them in the morning)Disappointing 7.4 this morning and yesterday's was similar
Remaining in the sevens all day and 6.1 at 5pm ..
Good food choices all day then boredom binging in the evening..
Only me to blame..
Confessional over!
Hey ~ho....
My confession would be the last so called "night cap" before bed. Everyone I know seems to think that a glass of Baileys or cheaper supermarket equivalent is a sociable and pleasant way to finish off an evening. There are times when I succumb to the "go on, one glass of Baileys won't hurt" and I know I shouldn't but often my resolve fails me late night. Sadly "one glass" does hurt when it comes to BS as proved by last nights example, the one glass was actually two and my morning BS 7.8 after a less than 50g food carbs all day. Need to say a few Hail Marys today and I am not even catholic.Disappointing 7.4 this morning and yesterday's was similar

Please let us know, I've reduced my carbs and I can definitely see a drop in numbers.Morning All still checking FBG every day and it has been between late 7s and early 8s. Today 8.0 just to prove the point. Am trying to keep carbs around 30g a day but not always easy. Well done everyone here.
