    Not good in the last three days - I have a cold so today I increased the Lantus by a unit. Hopefully I will be able to reduce it when I'm better! Have a good day Everyone!

    Thanks Keesha. I bought some Bronchostop pastilles which are sweetened with fructose and sorbitol, thyme base and have taken two but so wary of them. So no more and yes fluid is the way to go, rest and salty gargle,

    5.8 or 106 mg/ dl :), lots of exercise here but none at the gym. Carby battered cod, coleslaw and hushpuppies for lunch but skipped dinner.

    At least the shoes would have fewer carbs mind you I'd risk the carbs for the corn meal batter.:)

    They used to give them to their dogs to keep them quite.

    7/2 - Morning.

    3.8 at 5am. :eek: = Treated a Hypo!!

    (my body woke me up and luckily I keep Glucose Tablets in the Bedroom so munched on 6 of them, now it's 4.3 - :) (Need to reduce Insulin = much more) Going for something more substantial to eat.
