Mine is at 5.0 before I eat and after I eat.Am not on any drug is this means am now healed or its just normal?
maybe... but having been pre-diabetic makes you prone to become diabetic later in life, so if I was you I would keep eating lower carbs... and avoid wheat on a daily basis... but did you measure your blood glucose both 1 hour after eating and 2 hours after eating... as some foods parts creates a slover raise from the eaten carbs .. like fibres and fats
