First BG reading this morning since I only returned from holiday last night,
BG @8.30 am =. 6.1
Lots of walking whilst away mostly healthy eating with a few treats along the way,look at the weather we came back too,left Spain yesterday in high 20s like that for whole 2weeks BG reading is absolutely fine! K
