What was your fasting blood glucose? (with some chat)

5.2 at 4:40 am, up and down again.

We had a noisy prowler in the back yard during the night. Went out and had a look, turned out to be a Possum taking a shortcut over the fence via our barbecue.

Yn y bore da, fy nghlan ddirfawr cryfaf o ddiffygwyr diabetig. On this fine Saturday morning I opened the great compartment door to the diabetic cave and painted on the wall in ink older than my granddad was the legend 2.9mmols. It's a sign, it's a sign my blood sugars are 2.9mmols. Who needs test strips when you have cave paintings? I must away now for some dog walking then breakfast then I am going salmon fishing. It's the weekend and they can't stop me. May you all enjoy whatever you do today.
