What was your fasting blood glucose? (with some chat)

You know, I worry about you.........

BG was 4.7 this morning. Not been this low in ages. Perhaps its payback for better eating and the 5.5 mile run yesterday. Eating better sure uses up a lot of willpowerthough especially with my sweet tooth.

5.5 miles ain't too shabby. Your will power is better than mine and believe me without insulin I would be up the brown stream without a paddle

5.9 for me today, after a bit of a rough night. Happy day and hugs to everyone.

Rough night? I hope everything is OK with you. Please take good care of you and yours. Happy day and even bigger hugs to you too

Morning all ! (2/10/17) at 5.45am
FBG = 5.8
Yippee!!
Quite a blustery start to the day here in west wales ! Dry at mo tho!
Hope you all have a good Monday

5.8? 5.8? You are not a diabetic you are a diabetic legend. Diabetics the world over will be flocking to West Wales for a 5.8 masterclass and who could blame them?

All my silliness aside, really good result Madam Butterfly

Good morning.........6.5 today,back in the 6 club and home in rainy Scotland! My readings were high while away, found it difficult to stick to my diet every meal.First time on holiday I've lost weight 2lb!I expect it was less cream and more walking.......so not all bad!Ill confess to one Devon cream tea. Have a good week everyone!

Have a great day

Enjoy your me time I know exactly how it feels, my stress levels keep me awake about 4 hours sleep most night and chewing gums due to anxiety. I need to find other things to do to alleviate it but not sure what. Hope you start to feel less stressful very soon. K
