What was your fasting blood glucose? (with some chat)

7.1 at 4.45 am. Tested as feeling really unwell and hypo-ish so was surprised by this result. Back to bed to try and get some sleep. Have a good Tuesday one and all.

Goodluck

I hope you manage a decent sleep and are feeling back on form when you awake. Take care

My bouncy fbg of 7.0 early this morning. Bit stressed as seeing psychologist about bariatric surgery. If I don't pass assessment op will be refused.
Had a poor night sleep because of it.

Morning all. I can't say I'm a fan of the light- less evenings and mornings . I had to use the lights on my bike at 6.30 last night ! ....... but sugars at 5 this morning

5.1 today and happy birthday @PenfoldAPD.

Went to doctors yesterday killed not two but three birds with one stone figuratively, had flu jab, booked diabetic bloods for tomorrow and picked up the form for Internet access.

Flu jab making me feel a little off this morning sore throat aches and pains etc.

Sorry to be the harbinger of doom but better get used to it. All we have to look forward to for the foreseeable future is more of the same, oh yes and a lot colder too. Plus best of all, adverts for the DFS sale in December -OOOHHHHH GOOODDDDDEEEE
