KSo the cough I wrongly accused this feed of giving me seems to have pottered along on it’s merry way -perhaps I was a little precious with my accusations. So my Bg is 6.2 and my cold is still lurking but I didn’t eat properly yesterday either. I had lots of tea though- I find if all else fails tea usually helps whoop lost 3 lb this week though.
