7.6 - much higher than usual and after 7.1 yesterday
I'm really concerned as the only carbs I had yesterday were a handful of sugar snaps.
Could my large helping of (normal) ice cream on Friday still be contributing to high ;levels?
I recently stopped my last 500mg metformin; if I continue to be in the 7s, I'll have to go back on it.
