What was your fasting blood glucose? (with some chat)

5.3 on waking - average 4.9 overnight now rising to 5.7 without any food.and 7 .4 after shower . ( Ie day on day reduction on my 3 day bacon and egg diet )

Ketones now up to 1.7 ( 2.4 last night) low calorie (1100) very low carb ( 15g) low protein (30g) very high fat (83%) will be fascinated to see if I lost any weight over the process. if I did, then whilst its a bit boring, every meal tastes great and no hunger pangs - so I could easily do this again plus a multivitamin supplement
 
5.7 8.30am Chips and rolls last night 1 slab sugar free. chocolate.
Felt unwell yesterday too high a dose of thyroid tabs too much cofee made worse by a 45 min walk need to lose 5 kg but think 75/6 kg on 1.73 frame is a bit too low.Really need to quit coffee.

I thought Ketones at that level was bad (only diagnosed 4 weeks ago).
