5.2 at 6.30 am. The 5 km walk before dinner certainly helped. Hooray to the LCHF program!!

BG today at 6-40 was 6.3 tried stir fry veg.without the stir fry sauce and a little butter about a tsp. With oven baked salmon for evening meal,unless it was the mangetoue and baby sweet corn I cannot understand why the raised BG again.but again it's not over 7 so I will have to keep testing to work out what's pushing BG up.And now to relax has I've just done my 1 hour brisk walk with the dogs and we're all k-----d.Have a good day everyone.
