Dear Ultramum, notice you track your blood pressures. Do you think that anyone besides you and me would appreciate the value of a BP before bedtime? Do you also track IHBs? irregular heart beats

I only get my BP checked at the GPs - never done it myself. I don't think I have any irregular heart beats as far as I know
