5.7 at 8:15 (did eat 520 grams of carbs Yesterday But did also burn 2600 calories at fitness ) But one day doesn't seem to affect my numbers much , well maybe tomorrow we'll see . Not cured But really doing good I think due to both weightloss and exhausting muscles extremely and having build muscles somewhat bigger too ... my strategy works
