did eat a lot of carbs yesterday at the beach, seems I can´t cope as well with carbs as I thought , this morning had 6.7 mmol at 9:30 ...
so today did exercise ver much, weightlifting to gain musclemass and treadmill 2 hours (in two parts ) to burn really a lot of calories... now home burned 2250 calories today.. hope tomorrow mornings number will be in an acceptable llevel again like under 6mmol I hope... optimstic anyway hope you had some summer in GB, here in DK grey and thunderly humid today...
