What was your fasting blood glucose? (with some chat)

am I in with perfect diabetics here... I was so happy to be 7.2 at 7:30 today cos I have had incredibly high sugars in the morning for over 2 years. Seeing hospital again today, but as they have ignored me being menopausal and are insisting I'm not controlling my sugar/insulin I'm guessing it'll be an upsetting appointment. Why don't they get being hi is not fun and NOT what I want. Very unhappy with my 'care.'

Hi all,

I am going to advise that this thread is not for the faint-hearted. If you feel you can post your morning BS then feel free but do not lets turn this into members feeling bad because they dont achieve similar figures and not "having a go" because we all work at different levels and what works for you may not work for someone else.

PLEASE remember that it is about just keeping in touch...... not comparing!

Josie
Phew-thank you! When i wake on 14/15 and then read this I am so sad, that someone posting 6.4 as disappointing...I was 7.2 today so feeling better! Thank you for this post

Hi, and welcome to the thread! It's all relative, hun, and you'll find encouragement and support here whether you are high, low, or something in between. As the previous poster said, this isn't a competition - it's just a regular way of keeping our focus and supporting each other.
