Another morning walk completed - 6km this time. I actually walked right in to a neighbor's garden to photograph this frangipani plant. Fortunately everybody was still asleep so I was not caught trespassing.

Morning sugars at 5,2 before the walk and 4,4 after.

Have a great day everyone. It's Friday!

Good morning, 6.6 today, away to Devon to visit son and family so posting may be erratic!Hope we have some sun ,so tired of the miserable weather here:):) but just looking forward to seeing everyone and a meal out together for my daughter in laws birthday:)

good morning all :) , finally, it's dry this morning, let's hope it lasts! (yesterday the dry bit lasted about 20 mins).

4.6 today.

Mum's wee dog came out of the anaesthetic safely yesterday, her teeth have been scaled and polished and her claws clipped so she's all shiny.

She wasn't very happy with us for taking her there though, she broke her leg very badly when she was a puppy and spent six weeks under treatment in plaster etc. so having her feet done is not a favourite thing :( Fortunately the offering of a bit of left over roast chicken redressed the balance ;)

I have spoken to the great sun god and it is now preordained that you will have an absolute scorcher weekend. I hope you have a fantastic time. Enjoy your meal :)

Hi what a coincidence one of my pugs went in on Wednesday for same thing but had some teeth removed which had come loose she's 10 years old now and I was so worried, but she's back to her old bouncy self even ate some soft food couple hours after she came home. Hope your mums dog recovers quickly. K

I personally don't like to recommend or advise on diet, I'm not really qualified. All I would say is be safe. Please don't put yourself at risk....:wideyed:
I would agree,Alexmag,......stay safe...............I am beginning to convince my DN that low carbing works.........just by the results.....nothing dramatic, over a year all my results have improved steadily and yesterday my Hbac was down to 42 just a steady drop.:)
