What was your fasting blood glucose? (with some chat)

Photo taken exactly 2 years ago whilst on a tour of Lords. The tour was a 60th birthday present from my sons and the photo came up on my wife's facebook page. It matched my mood on seeing my morning reading so I thought I would share and use it as my avatar. Please ignore or ask me to delete if inappropriate. (It is not my birthday, that is in June)

Are you the middle man?:hilarious:

Although the water is heated, it's the stripping down and getting in that is the test of strength.................... or stupidity.
I am convinced a lady of your fortitude can face down such a challenge with true English spirit.

Yes, but don't tell GCHQ - although several of my wife's family work there so I fear you may be labouring under a grave misapprehension should you place trust in their skills.

Edit: Oh, not that kind of middle man:arghh:

Aaah! the Cheltenham Doughnut. I have to say my preference architecturally and for security is SIS.

2 snivelling water biscuits and a little Roquefort Coulet (what a snob) and a decent bottle of Malbec

Judging by the alcohol consumption of those I have met who work there, the architect may well have had a wicked sense of humour! It may also be an elaborate hoax as far as our intelligence gathering operation goes.

You're obviously not impressed

The thing about GCHQ is you don't have to tell them any thing, they already know.
