What was your fasting blood glucose? (with some chat)

Good morning Diabetes Massive, 4.6 this morning which matches @Goonergal but since she had victoria sponge to celebrate the royal baby she is still Top Trumps. At @alf_Josiah Hehehehe ™, very worrying that you can only "Have a good day folks but that's in the lap of Mrs J." That is way TMI for early Sunday. I can only assume you watch ITV or some such abomination!

Those situations are almost impossible to manage . The 2 worst I have had are the offers of birthday cake from grandson and granddaughter Sometimes you just gotta take one for the team.

I also get the shakes around and up to 4.5

That's because you ain't woke. Us baby boomers need to use translators to keep up. The urban dictionary is a very useful tool, especially for making The Guardian and Telegraph accessible.

I find the Australian Merlots are too fruity for me. I like the Californian Merlots. I stock up on Gallo Family Merlot when Sainsburys is doing a 25% off for 6 bottles promotion.
