What was your fasting blood glucose? (with some chat)

6.7 this morning. Was 5.2 before supper of chili sauce with chorizo, mushrooms and spinach. Didn't test after 2hrs as went out. Tested before I went to bed and bloods were 7.0. (Jumps back in surprise!). Don't seem to have gone down much overnight. Don't know what happened as had nothing to eat from 17:30. Ah well, one of those days I guess.
