However, I am pleased to record that this morning my fasting level was 5.3.
Don't do weights or much exercise at all so I will just say well done on the bloods.Bit surprised to see a 4.2 this morning. I have been high 5s and 6s since New Year. I started gym sessions this week - entirely new to me - and it’s since then that the numbers are going down - a lot! No change in my diet. Do other folks get that impact from weights exercising?
