This morning, a bit later than usual, but still fasting, 7.0. This was after being awake for 2 hours, having showered, got dressed, but before breakfast. I have noticed a pattern.... usually fasting in 5s as soon as I wake up, but rises to 7s an hour or so later, especially if I don’t eat something early. I don’t really feel like eating as soon as I get up, but it looks as if that is what I need to do. Afternoons and evening levels are generally low 5s.
