What was your fasting blood glucose? (with some chat)

Thank you. @Barb McD .That was my mum’s philosophy, too.
Not much point worrying over things in the future. Living in the moment. (Though sort of dreading seeing nurse.)

Waiting for rain to stop so I can go for a walk. Plan B if it doesn’t stop raining is to drive to shopping mall and have a brisk walk in the dry shopping areas. If Ibkeep up a brisk walk I won’t be able to detour into the shops to spend money I haven’t got on things I don’t need. Or perhaps I could just leave purse at home.
 
No idea what my fbg was today as stayed over at a friends and did not have my meter with me.

We had gone out for a pub meal and as our friend was driving I had a couple of drinks so couldn't drive home I won't say what the meal was but it was in no way low carb back on track now though.

So had a good birthday and my thanks to those who wished me well.
