Down to a 5.0 this morning. The results don't seem to be representative of the amount of snacking I am doing, for which I am glad. but I really think it is time to turn over a new leaf in the new year.

Morning all, a bit of a bumpy ride last night. 12.7 as I drifted off to sleep. My BG alarm woke me up a while later at 3.8. I woke up with a FBG of 7.8 just before 5am.

The 12.7 was the result of 4 Liquorice Allsorts I ate last night while watching DCI Banks. The thing is those delicious lumps of sugar contained gluten. Who knew. I woke up with a splitting headache as a result blahhhhh
