A sonnet for all mothers. FBG 5.4 - I'll focus on the 99% overnight SpO2. Restaurant meal for JKP and 93 YO MIL today - treat from 2 sons/grandsons. Eating out isn't my thing, especially with Elsie tagging along but menu seems doable. Can't see any salad but there is salmon.

Bedtime 8.5!!! (had milk for acid reflux after some 85% chocolate, because I can't take the prescribed meds for it). 7.7 this morning.
