What was your fasting blood glucose? (with some chat)

Morning All. 7.0 today probably cos I nibbled some almonds last night. @Sznn1 welcome to the forum. You can turn things around lots of us have. We are only meant to talk about FBG here so can I suggest you post on the T2 section about where you are, you will get lots of support and guidance.

No but the bloods nurse at my surgery is on Dapaglifozine but only on that no Met, she couldn't handle Met. Seems happy with it, says her bloods are much better controlled. Hope it works for you.

Your willpower is fine as your fbgs and A1c prove. My point, though badly worded, was LC is experimental ergo hit and miss. Accepting this should stop people feeling they have done something "wrong" when their bg reflects this. People who won't accept it is experimental can seem extremely patronising sometimes almost belittling other posters. Hope I didn't come over like that.
