Hug for the b/sMorning All. A very silly 8.0 this morning after a really careful day and an early supper. @RosemaryJackson welcome back, glad you had a wonderful week. We have just discovered we will be grandparents for the first time in Dec. So excited.
Have a good day everyone.
Don't know how long you have been on your journey or what meds you are on but I find very low carb really helps me - sometimes...then the D thing comes up and bites me and my bloods reach places I would rather they didn't. No rhyme or reason for it that I can fathom except that I am a bit of a stress head - Just keep trying, if your body is amenable, you will get there, in my case bloods came down in stages months at one level and then suddenly lower numbers. I don't think I will ever get down to the really impressive levels some people manage to achieve, but I do like to keep things in check and aim to be in the 5s when I can and if I see high 4s now and again, that's brilliant! Fat chance of seeing many 4s at the moment though as I've really struggled with various health and mental issues this year but I think I am now on an upward turn. I need to be more self disciplined though, bloods were 6.0 this morning which I think is a delayed reaction to the choc and nuts I had a couple of nights ago. Hope you manage to achieve your 5s soon. Best wishes. That‘s my wish to be in the 5s![]()
I'd blame the excitement for the higher levels, what lovely news to be given, congratulations.Morning All.
