What was your fasting blood glucose? (with some chat)

Still in the end 7s was 8.1 this morning. Late night and still suffering with bruising and broken sleep. Cannot wait to be back to normal levels as this is really really getting me down now :blackeye: I have started getting bruising now on the coccyx :arghh:

Ouch! that sounds painful, my sympathies! I came down rather hard on my behind once when learning to ice skate, and ended up with severe bruising on coccyx, very uncomfortable for a couple of weeks. Needless to say I never became a Jane Torvill on the ice, put me right off!

I was terrible at ice skating but really good at roller skating. Used to collect beer glasses in a pub in the 80s on skates. Used to practice in the car park when at school. Back then the knocks and falls hurt only for a few minutes. Never fallen and bruised like this, ever!

Oohh gentle virtual hug coming your way. That sounds so painful hope you can take pain relief.
Thank you all for the virtual hugs xxxx I am taking paracetamol/codeine before bed to get me through the night. Not really taking much during the day just taking it easy and using those picnic frozen icepacks - who knew they would come in so handy ;) A friend suggested margarine to which I replied I have none and would not slather that on my behind!
