A naughty 8.1 this morning obviously not quite out of the woods yet, still in some pain but I had broken sleep last night as hubby had left the intercom on and he said"its like Blackpool illuminations in the hallway" I cannot repeat what my reply was

FBG was 6.2 at 08:15 , Managed to get a reasonable night's sleep which was good. Dog sitting whilst the local family are away for 4 days. Lovely dog, but its like me and my shadow - she's definitely got the measure of me.

6.2 this morning attributed to way to many carbs. Veggies, a beer and vegan honeycomb chocolate ( a rare treat from a handmade chocolate place). Back to the straight and narrow again now I am home.
