What was your fasting blood glucose? (with some chat)

6.3 at 7am I then went back to bed as according to Fitbit I’d had 3 hours sleep. I’m sooooo tired!
I don’t find it hard to fall asleep but then after a couple of hours I wake up and because I’ve had 2 hours I’m then wide awake. It’s infuriating and I hate going back to bed as it messes up the rest of the day and the dogs keep staring at me to get going.

Have a fab Friday everyone

Been missing for weeks. So hope you have all been behaving.
Have ongoing health problems under investigation. With a bout of covid chucked in for good measure. So testing BG has been low on my priorities list.
I took the plunge this morning. A respectable 6.5. All things considered, I have no complaints with that.:)

Morning all. A disappointing 7.4 this morning after the 6.4 yesterday. But I did take it a lot later so I'm blaming DP! Thanks @LivingLightly , I came off it because I am so tired and have lots of mouth problems and found out that Metformin can cause a deficiency of Vitamin B12 and they are some of the symptoms. Now waiting for a blood test. Have a great weekend folks :)

I wonder if that’s why I have a low folate level? GP has asked me to take a folate supplement and will re test blood in 3 months. I had all the symptoms and thought I was anaemic. Interesting, I must investigate ;)

6.3 again this morning
Have a super Saturday everyone
