I’m home finally. It was a long day yesterday…a nine hour trip home, two of those hours on the ferry. At least the weather was spectacular and there was no snow or ice.
having a few intestinal pains so I’m fasting today just in case the diverticulitis is back…grrr. Travel is always ani issue.
glucose was 6.8 this morning. It’s been high for a few days and that makes me think I’m not as healthy as usual. I’m sure tomorrow will be so much better, good sleep and quiet time.

Down slightly ( from the 8's ) to 7.8 isn't it funny how that just getting back into a lower number ( by the skin of your teeth ) makes you feel better . When in reality its neither here nor there lol .

7.2 at 7:30! Not happy but I did have a large bowl of yogurt, mixed nuts and seeds at 8:30 last night so that might be the reason, I didn’t count the carbs. I also took half a nytol as I so needed a good nights sleep, managed 5 hours!

At 4:30am it was 7.2 at 8:20am 5.9 go figure lol Dp obviously kicked in before the 4:30am wake up. Glad it dropped though! Off for a work out
