What was your fasting blood glucose? (with some chat)

She was a teacher I worked with years ago, wow, what a small world. Got out in time for my yoga class so that was a bonus! Did not do my morning glucose but before lunch I was 5.7….very good for me.

7.1 at 4am. We're in the final stages of selling our old house, so I'm hanging my hat on the stress factor, and when all the dust's settled (there's a whole lot of dust) I'll magically be in the 5 hive... Let's see what happens whe December rolls in... Happy Tuueesday folks

So 6.3 which is rather pleasing. @JohnEGreen haven’t seen you around hope you are well @Bcgirl fingers and everything crossed for good result and kudos for carrying on carrying on. @Ashybang you’re doing great keep pushing @RoughcutAU it will come good again because you’re on it! @callyandy stress capital moving so well done.

Still in the fives at 5.8! Yay! Very bad nights sleep and I keep feeling sick but the BG has cheered me up.
I’ve made low carb biscuits this morning as my non diabetic friend is coming round for a cuppa and rather than nipping out to buy biscuits and regretting eating them, I thought I’d be virtuous. ;)

7.2 this morning yesterday was 8.5( malt loaf before bed ) so good improvement. Experimented with going for a long walk 45 mins , at 6 am before any food to see what would happened and yes BG rose to 8.9 . Ergo loads of stored glucose, on the positive side maybe that means I've used up a good amount. :)

When this happens, more often than not, it's the first test which is unreliable for any number of reasons. You were right to retest.
 
6.7 this morning….it never changes, lol
amazing day here, you’d never think we were at the end of November. By now we should have. A pile of snow and we have nothing. Ski hills are not happy, but I am
off to get a haircut. No news yet on the scan.
 
FBG 5.0 this morning early doors, was 5.5 yesterday.

Lowest numbers ever but still erratic - have been away for hiking weekend and one morning was 7.0, the next 5.3. Mind you, the combo of 6 mile hikes plus Wagamama & croissants is bound to have an effect
