Good evening @Ryhia. If you get the munchies during the evening, a spoonful of Marmite or Bovril in a mug of hot water may help. I found brushing my teeth with a minty toothpaste, instead of waiting until bedtime, made sweet nibbles seem less appealing.5.4 this morning. I would like to accept the challenge @MissMuffett, I generally eat around 5 o'clock in any case but its those snacks later on that I know I shouldn't have that get me.

Phones been pinging like crazy…critical low! Looks like I’m heading down the same road as the libre. Cgm 2.3, blood prick 6.0Went and got three dexcom 7 Cgms today….just put one on…hoping it’ll do better than the libre. That was an expensive trip to Costco.
