I eat more or less the same, no carbs, probably too much protein. My BMI is [emoji[emoji6]].[emoji[emoji6][emoji6]]

I’ve just calculated mine as Eighteen point nine

My intention is to drop the cream and see how the numbers pan out

7.4 this morning. Well into the grips of a cold with all the usual symptoms of sore throat, bunged up nose, aches everywhere etc. Tested negative for covid so just a winter cold. On the plus side able to work from home so not spread it around and my family giving me a wide berth as well which can be a bonus ;) . Absolutely no appetite so have been on a natural fasting regime but doesn't seem to have any positive effect on my BS sadly. Hope the rest of you are in a better shape.

Morning all [emoji6]. for Thursday morning. Cream cheese raises my fbg, I will stop cream cheese and monitor for next few days.

I’ve just given the cat half a tub that was in the fridge. Mind you despite it being delicious and creamy the cat remains unimpressed
