What was your fasting blood glucose? (with some chat)

It’s been a few days since I posted …
Early morning ranging from anything in the 7’s and 8’s … higher than I’d like them to be
This morning was 7.8

Getting obsessed with testing my sugars and to see if any spikes … maybe I need to try a CGM for a week or two … but not sure if that will make me worse

The body is a strange thing.. sometimes my sugars are showing as high when I’m not expecting it … and vice versa …. It’s just a minefield :(

for me libre 5.8 sub 4 hours sleep :/ no swim yesterday nor 30min walk no huge drops no alarms overnight :)
sticking with 8 toujeo for the time being. Solution to lows can't possibly be no exercise :O

roll on tuesday for date for c-peptide test which i'm only going to agree if they do other blood tests at the same time ie: in particulary Liver Function Test & Antibody {gad and ica}.

6.2 today, an improvement on yesterday. Re site problems I often get the "Ooops error" but that is likely my own fault as I leave the app open sometimes overnight and I think it just times out. However yesterday I got repeated "SQL" errors which unfortunately is a system database error.but the first time in a year so wasn't overly concerned. Seems all good today.
