What was your fasting blood glucose? (with some chat)

Libre says 5.4

So confused at the amount of carbs had to eat yesterday sort of regretting decision going for 30 mins swim.

Attached graph for yesterday

Popped into pool 8 point something ate 15g carbs at that reading Libre went to 3.1 finger prick poolside 3.5 loads of carbs for hours after.

Just how supposed to manage exercise? DSN called me later on and been told to try 3 units today. Not really comfortable with that after lots lectures about reducing slowly 1 unit every 3 days.

DSN going to call me Tuesday to see how the weekend went very frustrated can't seem to get to grips with a simple 30min swim nor walk

Dont really know what my bloods are - they were 6.0 when I tested first off, then thought I had better double check as I think my glucose monitor might be on the way out it keeps showing a low battery and then gives intermittent low battery error messages. i'd changed the battery but noted the back is slack probably time for a new tester, I've had this one a few years. The second check came back 6.9. Which one is more accurate I wonder. Have a good day all. :)
