Morning all 5.49 mmol/L on Humpday morning. Yesterday I got a little carried away with my diet, which I seldom do. So FBG is a little higher than I expected. Testing every day keeps me on track. Have a nice day everyone.

5.7 today. Yesterday was a weird day blood glucose wise. I was low, for me, all day. In the 4’s….even after half an apple at lunch. I double checked with a blood test. No idea what was going on, I rarely am in the 4’s.
Today I seem back to my normal, maybe a bit lower. I’ll be I interested to see what lunch does to me, just finished.
Gym was a long walk on incline and the rest of upper body. Then errands. It’s windy, the sun is shining and it’s a bit warmer than it was.
