What was your fasting blood glucose? (with some chat)

6.1 today. All yesterday afternoon my blood sugar remained in the 4’s…but I’m back to normal again.
Gym was a short walk, a great ab workout with weights and then a challenging yoga class.
Had some flurries last night and it’s a cold day, but still above zero.

libre 4.1 fingerprick 5.6
the current libre libre has appeared to read anywhere between 1mmol and 4 mmol out. train trip home said 2.8 when checked 6.7 still a week to go before supposed to change it not too sure if should bother contacting abbotts or not.

I’ve found them to be easy to deal with, listen to what I’ve said and respond with a new sensor. At fifty quid a pop it helps

Had to get up at 5am to take hubby to the bus depot as he had to go to another town to pick up his vehicle (really too far for me to take him and then have to drive back….high mountain pass too, not my fav at this time of year), then home to take the dog out. Finally took my blood 6.7
I am taking a day off the gym…I go every day and right now I need a break. Long dog walk soon and then maybe a wander around Costco. I need some winter socks and they do have the best prices.
