I suspect it was the casual Sunday leg of lamb and red wine yesterday that has led to a five point nine on my libre today

Yikes, I was going to go to yoga today but it started snowing, so I figured that before the roads get too awful I’d do my shopping. What a disaster. The roads were sheet ice and I had a big hill to go down…traffic backed up due to an accident, got past that when someone cut in front of me…and even at 30 km per hour my brakes chattered and I was sliding…thought for sure that was it, I was so close to hitting the vehicle…my heart was pounding. Luckily I stopped just in time. Got my shopping done, headed back up the hill, slipping all the way at 30 km…went to Costco and spent a lot on money….stress shopping.
Safe at home now and waiting for the big snowfall this afternoon…..
